My name is Gemma and I have been in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years. I have such a passion for fitness, particularly strength training, and love to share that knowledge with other women so I can also help them to feel better in their bodies and feel the best version of themselves.
Also, as I reach my mid-40s, and realising the importance of eating the right foods to help nourish our bodies and also keep those hormones in balance. I eat all the things I love and never feel restricted, I feel strong and I really want other women to feel this too.
My app provides tailored workouts and meal plans, as well as the ability to track progress. By having all of these features in one convenient place, keeps you organised and motivated throughout your journey.
